CAMPING: Over-night, self-contained camping is permitted at Culbertson Cove. Water and Electric only. No fires allowed. The fee is $10/vehicle/night, $20/vehicle/three nights, $40/vehicle/week.
FOOD AND DRINKS: Competitors are encouraged to bring food and drinks to the range. No consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed during Shooting Center hours of operation.
PARKING: Parking will be permitted behind the firing lines and the pits. THERE IS A 15 MPH SPEED LIMIT ON THE RANGE THAT IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.

TARGETS: All firing will be done on NRA LR target and new F-Class target.
RULES: Current NRA rules and conditions specified in this program will govern matches.
NRA RIFLE RULES: 3.3.3 will govern for all matches.
EMPTY CHAMBER INDICATOR: Use is required by all competitors.
CLASSIFICATION: The NRA Long Range Classification system will be used in all matches. Canadian (or other visitors) will compete in the higher of classifications earned at National or Provincial meets. Canadian Masters in the upper half of the Master Class will compete in the High Master Class. "F" Class competitors are welcome (there will be a Target Rifle and Open class, provided at least four of each).
CATEGORIES: Junior, Senior, Police, and Woman will be for Special Awards only. Special awards will be for the Regional Championship only.
PIT SERVICE: All competitors are required to pull targets as directed unless an acceptable substitute puller is provided and approved by the Chief Range Officer.
SCORING: Competitors will score as directed by the Chief Range Officer.
INCOMPLETE MATCHES: In the event of circumstances beyond our control preventing the completion of the tournament, winners will be determined on the basis of matches completed. Awards will be made on this basis and there will be no refund of entry fees.
AWARDS: Awards will be given for the Folsom Club Match, the 4 Man Team Match, and the Regional Championship (the aggregate of Saturday and Sunday).
Winner of the Regional Championship will receive a Gold Medallion
Second Place will receive a Silver Medallion
Third Place will receive a Bronze Medallion.
There must be at least four competitors in a class to qualify for awards. If there are fewer than four competitors in a class, they will be combined upwards as necessary to obtain a combined class. Awards are as follows: 4 competitors=1

Sat & Sun March 15-16 – Long Range Regional Championship - $50
FIRING SCHEDULE: Squadding will be available at Culbertson Cove 0700-0730 each day. There will be a safety brief at 0730 each day. Starting time for each day will be 0800. The Pitts will close at 0745.
Wed --- Squadded practice 800, 900, and 1000 yds. (55 rds)
Thur --- Folsom Club Match. Palma course of fire. This will not be included in the aggregate for the Regional Championship. (55 rds)
Fri --- 4 Man Team Match – Palma course of fire for each firing member. (51 rds)
Sat --- Regional Championship (first day). Palma match and 1000 yd. Match. (85 rds)
Sun --- Regional Championship (second day). Palma match. (55 rds)
